Client Requirements to proceed
To ensure a smooth and accurate scanning process, clients are required to provide:
1. Site Access & Scheduling
-Confirmed access to all areas to be scanned
-On-site contact person (if required)
-Scheduled time window with minimal interruptions
2. Site Readiness
-Space should be clean, staged, and free of obstructions
-Furniture and key elements should be in their final position
-All lights operational for optimal image quality
3. Utilities & Conditions
-Active power and lighting
-Safe and accessible environment (no active hazards)
-Limited movement during scanning (people, pets, machinery)
4. Project Scope Information
-Approximate square footage
-Type of property (residential, commercial, office, etc.)
-Areas to be included/excluded
-Desired deliverables (e.g., floor plans, CAD, point cloud)
5. Special Requests (If Applicable)
-Exterior scanning requirements
-After-hours or weekend access
-Specific file formats or integration need
Do we need Existing Documentation?
If available, please send us existing documentations like old as-build drawings, CAD drawings and site photos. This can reduce cost and time.
