1. Overview
Field Metrics 3D provides service-based deliverables only. We do not sell or ship physical products.
All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Delivery Method
Project deliverables may include:
- CAD drawings (DWG, PDF)
- 3D scans and models
- Reports and documentation
These are delivered via:
- Secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
- Client portal (if applicable)
3. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines are provided at the time of booking or proposal
- Typical turnaround depends on:
- Project size and complexity
- Scope of work
- Client responsiveness
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
4. No Physical Shipping
Field Metrics 3D does not:
- Ship physical goods
- Provide printed materials by default
If physical copies are requested:
- Additional fees may apply
- Shipping arrangements will be handled separately and agreed upon in writing
5. Access to Deliverables
- Deliverables will be released once full payment has been received
- Clients are responsible for downloading and saving files upon delivery
- We recommend backing up all files after receipt
6. Failed Delivery or Access Issues
If you experience issues accessing your files:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- We will assist in re-sending or restoring access
7. Incorrect Contact Information
Field Metrics 3D is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses
- Spam filters or blocked messages
