1. Overview

Field Metrics 3D provides service-based deliverables only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Delivery Method

Project deliverables may include:

  • CAD drawings (DWG, PDF)
  • 3D scans and models
  • Reports and documentation

These are delivered via:

  • Email
  • Secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
  • Client portal (if applicable)

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are provided at the time of booking or proposal
  • Typical turnaround depends on:
    • Project size and complexity
    • Scope of work
    • Client responsiveness

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed


4. No Physical Shipping

Field Metrics 3D does not:

  • Ship physical goods
  • Provide printed materials by default

If physical copies are requested:

  • Additional fees may apply
  • Shipping arrangements will be handled separately and agreed upon in writing

5. Access to Deliverables

  • Deliverables will be released once full payment has been received
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and saving files upon delivery
  • We recommend backing up all files after receipt

6. Failed Delivery or Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing your files:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • We will assist in re-sending or restoring access

7. Incorrect Contact Information

Field Metrics 3D is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses
  • Spam filters or blocked messages

Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
