Site Requirements & Policies

(Prior to Field Verification / Site Visit)

To ensure a smooth and efficient field verification process, please review the following requirements and policies before your scheduled appointment.

1. Site Access & Readiness

  • Site must be accessible at the scheduled time
  • A designated point of contact must be present or available
  • All areas to be measured must be unlocked and accessible
  • Adequate lighting and safe working conditions must be provided

👉 Delays due to inaccessible areas may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

2. Safety Requirements

  • Site must be safe for entry and measurement
  • Client must notify us of any hazards (construction, exposed wiring, restricted zones, etc.)
  • Required PPE must be disclosed in advance

👉 We reserve the right to reschedule if site conditions are unsafe.

3. Accuracy & Obstructions

  • Areas should be reasonably clear of obstructions (excess clutter, stacked materials, etc.)
  • Furniture and equipment may be measured as-is unless otherwise requested

👉 Hidden or obstructed elements may affect measurement accuracy.

4. Existing Documentation

  • Any available plans, CAD files, or previous drawings should be provided prior to the visit
  • This helps improve accuracy and reduce processing time

5. Utilities & Power

  • Access to power outlets may be required for equipment
  • Stable site conditions are needed for scanning and measurements

6. Weather Conditions (If Applicable)

  • Exterior scans and measurements are subject to weather conditions
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, heavy wind, or unsafe conditions

7. Scheduling & Confirmation

  • All appointments are subject to confirmation
  • Clients will receive a confirmation call/email prior to visit
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking

8. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for rescheduling
  • Late cancellations may incur a service fee
  • No-show or denied access may result in full or partial charge

9. Limitations of Service

  • Measurements are based on visible and accessible conditions only
  • We do not verify structural integrity, concealed elements, or code compliance
  • Final drawings are intended for design and reference purposes

10. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Site photos and scan data may be collected for documentation purposes
  • All data is kept confidential and used only for project delivery

11. Revisit Policy

  • Additional site visits due to:
    • Restricted access
    • Incomplete areas
    • Client-requested changes
